Collage Paper 7.0 course. Collage in theory and practice level 1: We are opening a new set for the Collage Paper 7.0 course from Jane Matyushko on creating a modern collage. There will be a lot of theory, practice and inspiration! The structure of each lesson includes a theoretical and practical part, where we will try out different materials and develop our imaginations. Everyone will leave with a huge amount of their work. At the end of the course, a final exhibition is held. Who is this course for: - the course is designed for an audience with any level of artistic training and without it; - for those who want to develop a sense of beauty and develop their imagination; - for those who have always wanted to be creative and tear themselves away from the computer monitor; - and even for those who already know what a collage is, but are ready to pump their skills even more. Purpose of the course: - to understand the concept of composition and learn it practically; - to acquaint with various techniques in the collage; - to reveal the creative potential of each participant; - to form an artistic taste and learn how to use it; - be inspired by a new type of creative activity; - at the end - presentation of works of graduates of the course. Program: 1. Introductory lecture. the 25th of October The history of collages from Pablo Picasso to the present day. Familiarity with the basics of building a collage. Composition - nowhere without it. How to properly start implementing a new idea.Exercises: try different materials, create 3 - 5 custom textures. We will use everything that comes to hand: cloth, brushes, paints, sponges, brushes, palette knife. Bottom line: Create a collage with your best texture. Homework. 2. From Suprematism to Constructivism. Nov. 1 The era of experiments: Vkhutemaz, Bauhaus, Alexander Rodchenko, Vladimir Tatlin, El Lissitzky. Bottom line: 3 mini postcard collages in this style.
