This group is a place for exploring the difficulties of mothers in relationships with children, finding the right balance between time “for yourself” and time “for the family,” finding exactly your own way to live. You will have the opportunity to see yourself from the outside, look deeper and wider at different life situations, find out what feelings other people experience in similar circumstances, which helps them to become less irritated, stay calm and balanced, and act more carefully towards themselves.______________________ Participants - 5-6 people.
