Our life scenarios depend on the family systems in which we were born, much more than at times we can imagine. When we create our families, they often repeat the ways we saw in childhood to build relationships that are constructive and give us joy, or, on the contrary, destructive, painful. Even if we don't want it. This can be surprising, even discouraging. How does this come out? Can you influence this and choose your own path? We invite to our group those who want to explore themselves, their family history and the already accumulated experience in this topic. The therapeutic group format allows dissimilar participants and their family stories to be accommodated in the same space. It is this dissimilarity that makes the therapeutic group a fruitful environment that allows, in a safe environment, to learn about the world, ways of interacting with it and oneself as such. We will pay attention to each participant with his family history and will deal with the following topics: - The laws of family systems. - Stages of life of a couple and a family, their tasks. Risks inherent in stages. - Family crises, the order of their occurrence and passage. - Family myths, legends and secrets. - Intra-family alliances and coalitions. - The birth order of children in the family and its influence on our destinies and ways of living. - Genograms as a special form of family painting. We invite those who want to revive their own sensitivity and awareness of interaction with loved ones.The group will be held weekly, on Wednesdays, from 18-00 to 21-00, in the center of Odessa. Start on October 13. During the first three meetings, you can join the group, after which it will become closed. For program participants, hours of group therapy are counted. Important!
