In this space, everyone gets the opportunity to say, feel, hear, experiment, and most importantly ☝ - interact with other members of the group. ✔ This is an opportunity to get a new experience of communicating with people, to do what in life I wanted for a long time, but it was scary; to say what is often not customary to say in our society. ✔Important ☝ that all this happens environmentally and safely, the leading groups take care of this. ✔ Also in the work there are exercises, psychological games, individual work of the participants. You will be able to discuss any topics and questions that interest you. ✔ The group is good for developing social skills and exploring yourself in relationships. Group psychological projects can have a different format, different frequency of meetings, the number of participants (usually up to 10 people) and moderators (1 or 2). Meetings can last from 2 to 4 hours or a full day with breaks. Projects can be from several months to a year with a frequency of meetings once a week and once every two weeks, and there are times a month. The group starts on October 20 (if the number of participants required for the start is available, we will start earlier)The meetings will take place every 2 weeks on Wednesdays from 18.00 to 21.00 (or from 18.30 to 21.30, which is decided upon meeting by agreement of all group members). The project lasts 9 months, until June 2022. For OCPAP students, hours of group therapy count towards the credit book. The meetings will be held in the psychological center, 11 Kanatnaya st. Before signing up for participation, there is a small meeting between the participants and me, it is possible online, for 15-20 minutes, so that we can get acquainted in advance.
