"I am a woman / man and in a relationship I must / must: endure / be silent / be strong, etc. Choose the right thing, add your own version. People live with such statements all their lives, and this is a signal that a person is too much subject to parental attitudes that were given in childhood. Sometimes they are not so noticeable, and sometimes they are bright and negatively affect life. Attitudes can be very strong and destructive, have both positive and negative effects. And this is difficult to realize, because often what was considered a good message from the parental family can greatly limit our life, achievements, and personal relationships. I invite you to a one-time psychotherapy group. With the help of practical exercises, participants will be able to realize family attitudes, process, identify useful and harmful, which, as a result, will help to release the resource for further realization in life.
