Everyone will endure a personal experience of openly expressing their feelings, establishing trusting relationships, and the ability to resolve conflicts. Forms of work: ・ Creative tasks ・ Body-oriented exercise ・ Psychological games ・ Work in pairs and triplets We see it as our task to create conditions for the emergence and manifestation of trust. We observe and notice how the participants interact, consider the usual ways of communication and suggest the search for a new form of manifestation. We work with all sorts of resistances, notice conflict situations, do not avoid them, but make them explicit. Thus, we give the opportunity to experience the conflict resolution without losing the relationship. Using projective techniques, art therapy, psychological games and body-oriented exercises, we give the opportunity to manifest hidden needs. The exercises are aimed at improving relationships with others, for a deeper understanding of oneself. Participants in the group can share their difficulties, find emotional support from the leaders and the rest of the group.
