It includes the Za Zen technique - concentration on one point, Zen walking and expressing oneself on paper with one gesture. This is the process of creating a picture without a pre-selected plot. Method of expressing the inner state of a person on canvas. Spontaneous painting creates a connection between consciousness and the subconscious, develops intuition, improves contact between oneself and one's body. The process of creating such a picture consists of two several times repeating cycles. At the first stage, we actively meditate - this is necessary in order to remove barriers and constrictions from the body and mind and get in touch with our superconsciousness.
