Psychological group in the bodily approach

02 December 2021, 18:00
category: seminar/training
place: Location (look in the description)

There is a recruitment of a psychotherapy group in a body-oriented approach. Group work in a body-oriented approach helps: - the development of bodily sensitivity; - recognition of bodily symptoms as signals of the psyche; - search and creation of your individuality through corporeality; - to rely on the resources of their particularity in society; - liberation from the false and unnecessary self-image that was imposed by society; - find new, pleasant and constructive forms of communication in society; - to live conscious rest and relaxation; - come into an energetic, mobilized state through bodily techniques - open access to unexpected ideas, answers; - find new questions and meanings in life. Positive aspects of leisurely psychotherapy: - self-disclosure and self-understanding takes place at your individual pace, which determines your capabilities and needs in the current period; - there is always an opportunity to feel and learn something new; - the ability to return to seemingly familiar and familiar topics; - the non-judgmental perception of the leaders helps to look at the problem as a situation, which significantly relieves stress when solving it; - reliance on feelings and bodily sensations helps a rational view to create its own, and not a stereotypically correct decision; - the group space of the participants psychologically supports and helps to look at important situations from different angles. What can we give the participants as group leaders.A safe environment for your exploration and expression. Comfortable working conditions. The constancy of the place and time (setting). Various forms of work in the bodily approach. Support in research and various experiences. Registration for a preliminary interview. The number of participants is 6-8 people.
