On January 23, we invite you to the Spontaneous Dance. Most of the winter is over, the day is getting longer and we want to dance with the winter pre-dawn darkness and with the bright, awakening, promising warmth of the sun. The color of our dances this time is blue and red. In the dance we will go through several stages: - through active movement, stir up the body, and look for the quality in the dance, when the energy generates itself - dance in such a way as to relax and recharge - in order to relax well, sometimes you need to strain well - so we will allow ourselves, after activation, to go into deep relaxation, now resting here and savoring a living, sensitive body - in the third phase, let's see what opens up to me when I'm alive, relaxed, turned on. These Spontaneous Dances are inspired by the theme of transition that we often find ourselves in, to a greater or lesser extent: When something changes, the old no longer works, the new is still being formed or not found. When I'm no longer here and not there yet. Where I am? When I don't know what I am now. Do I need to know? When my content changes and the new form has not yet been created. It can be a transition of a state of one day, or a big transition of an entire stage of life. In such a transition, we invite you to turn first of all to the living body as a resource, support and inspiration.
