Five beats & underscore jam

Hi On January 29, we invite you to dance. The program includes 5 rhythms practice and underscore jam. The processes will be facilitated by Roman Solyanik. 5 Rhythms is a movement and dance meditation practice created by Gabriella Roth in the 1960s. 20th century and has since become one of the most popular and respected bodywork techniques around the world. At the heart of the practice is the idea that everything is energy that moves in waves and rhythms. Five rhythms follow each other in a certain sequence: flow, staccato, chaos, lyricism, peace. A dance that includes all five rhythms makes up a "wave". A typical wave lasts about 45 minutes. At the same time, each rhythm takes 5-7 minutes. During the lesson, the dance develops mostly spontaneously, without specific instructions or learning certain movements. The host adjusts the tempo with the help of music that sounds recorded or live. This is a solo dance practice, so if you don't dance Ki, feel free to come! After practicing the Five Rhythms, we will have an underscore jam. This is a specific jam format for those who are already familiar with contact improvisation, with various foci and prompts to help you stay interested in movement, space, and emerging opportunities to interact with other participants.
