Pre-CELTA training day

We're inviting you to join our Pre-CELTA training day jointly organized by Interlingua (Odesa), Grade Education Centre (Kyiv) and Cambridge Club (Kyiv). This is the second event in a series of 3 seminars which are designed to equip you with some techniques used in communicative methodology, and also to prepare you for the CELTA, which will take place in Odesa in July 2019. ABOUT THE SPEAKERS Anastasiya Shalamay Qualifications: Cambridge CELTA and CELT-P/S trainer, Delta Module One preparation tutor, Cambridge CELTA/Delta qualified teacher, CPE (C2), LCCI FTBE, NILE Management in Language Education, IH COLT, IH DoS. Anastasiya is a teacher of English and a teacher trainer. She has experience teaching a wide range of levels and ages, as well as working in different contexts: general, business English, one-to-one classes, online classes, young and very young learners, exam preparation. She’s also certified as a Pearson Test of English assessor and interlocutor. In addition to that, Anastasiya is also a teacher of German – she holds a TestDaf (C1) certificate, ÖSD Zertifikat C2 in Business German, and Goethe-Zertifikat C2: Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom (GDS). Anastasiya’s career in teacher training started with academic management. Later she became a teacher trainer for Cambridge English qualifications. She has already helped more than 200 teachers obtain their Cambridge qualifications, from TKT to Delta Module One. In her free time Anastasiya travels, studies French to put herself in her students’ shoes, and writes for international language teaching magazines such as English Teaching Professional (ETp) and IATEFL Voices. Tatyana Iushchuk Graduated from Odessa Pedagogical University in 1995. Tatyana has been teaching General and Business English to adults and teenagers of all levels for more than 25 years. The era of Communicative Approach started in Odessa in early 90s, and Tatyana was lucky enough to use the newest course books of that time, to attend the seminars of gurus of Modern Techniques and to test a lot of new programmes herself. Being a teacher, a psychologist and a teacher trainer, having significant experience, Tatyana founded a language school “Interlingua” in 2006. In her school, which is a Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre, Tatyana is the Head of the Teacher Training department. Tatyana is a speaker at numerous Conferences and Trainings both in ELT and Psychology areas.
