Practical steps to choosing a profession. For teenagers and their parents

Many people now face difficulties in choosing a future profession for themselves. But everyone solves this problem differently. And the results are also different. The program was developed based on the method of positive psychotherapy by N. Pezeshkian. The program includes two courses: a course for teenagers and a course for their parents. Course program for teenagers (14 – 17 years old): - two individual sessions (testing) - 10 group lessons (frequency once a week, lasting 2 hours) - 2 group lessons with parents The course for teenagers gives the opportunity to: • Decide on your interests for choosing a future profession • Confirm your choice of profession • Set priorities and make independent decisions • Set a goal and achieve results Author and presenter Olga Podgoretskaya - psychologist, psychotherapist in the method of positive psychotherapy N.
