Literally - "circle", "disk", symbolizing the bosom of creation, from which the primary forms originate.The image of the Mandala is the oldest resonator that has existed since time immemorial, which is found in various cultures around the world, from the Indians of North and South America to our ancestors - the ancient Slavs, in India, Tibet, China and other countries. It acts both at the psychophysiological level, changing the electrical activity of the brain, and at the level of psychoenergetics, creating the most powerful biological information fields. These fields can be protective, activating, healing, harmonizing, attuned to a particular person, community, event or place.. The Huichol Indians called their products Ojos de Dios - "God's eye", they wove them, believing that the "eye" pattern could heal and protect. Mandala weaving, in addition to its beauty and pleasure from the process, has a beneficial effect on the physical, emotional and spiritual state, protects, balances, awakens the joy of life, makes it possible to better know oneself and harmonize one's state, and the enthusiasm for the weaving process helps a person to direct his attention inward, find a way out of difficult situations, solve many internal problems. ☝ CG Jung knowingly chose the image of a mandala for therapy and introduced this concept into psychology (the scientific name is hexography), considering it one of the most direct manifestations of the depths of the subconscious.
