THREE LEVELS - THREE GOALS LEVEL 1 - Learn to swim and crawl the first 500 meters LEVEL 2 - hone your technique and swim your best 1 kilometer LEVEL 3 - add fire to your workouts! WE SET A CLEAR TIME - 4 WEEKS A month is a unique term. On the one hand, this is enough time to make a qualitative breakthrough in swimming, to see a significant shift. On the other hand, this is a period that is easy to keep in mind - that is, not "someday I will learn to swim", not "in 2018", but in 4 weeks you will learn to crawl and swim the first 500 meters! A month of intense, goal-focused training is often more effective than long-term, but infrequent activities. METHODTotal Immersion is an approach developed by American coach Terry Laughlin. A distinctive feature of this method is a thorough training of swimming technique and correct body position in the water. We use the TI methodology early in the learning curve. The simplicity and effectiveness of exercise is indispensable here. The TI method is complemented by our own 12-workout preparation cycle for mastering breathing and coordination in the rabbit at later stages.
