And the best way for us is for the abundance of the best products that the earth gives to be on your plate!              We specifically wrote longrid so you know what to expect.       This sunny Sunday awaits you:              11.00-19.00       • Market of unique products of Italian, French, Spanish manufacturers Terra dei Fratelli.       In particular:       - Black truffle from the Piedmont region, with which you can complement any dish;       - A unique assortment of buffalo cheese for Fratelli only: treccia di bufallo, fior di bufallo (Brie), stracchino di bufallo, scamorze di bufallo;       - burro di bufallo or butter from buffalo milk;       - lactose-free burrata and more.              Almost any of the products you can try on the spot or take home!                     From 11.00       • Gourmet brunch cooked in the open.              We will cook and have a meal with the large Fratelli family.              We will prepare fragrant Belgian waffles to choose from: with salted caramel, salmon gravlax, ricotta and guacamole.       We will show you how to cook a gastronomic Italian burger with gorgonzola.       We will roast chestnuts with sea salt or vanilla caramel. And much more.              13.00 - serving time of porchetta (milk of piglet), baked in a wood oven.14.00 - our chef Andrei Sokolovsky will discover culinary secrets and prepare risotto with parmesan and truffle “for 100 people”.              • A special event of the day will be the acquaintance with the long-awaited new Fratelli wine list, developed in collaboration with Oleg Kravchenko (Honored Sommelier of Ukraine; founder of Win Bar, Kiev).              Only on this day will wine be sold at a special tasting price!               Throughout the day, you can taste the positions from the new wine list, which Oleg Kravchenko and our sommelier Viktor Tsoi will personally tell you about.              • What is an Italian holiday without music?              12.00 - 15.00 - played by Eric Tchaikovsky.       15.00 - 17.00 - live band.              Come with the whole family!
