Maksimenko, doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, coach, teacher, Ph.D. doctor in psychology and rehabilitation. The training meets the requirements of the European Association of Psychotherapists. The specialization program is presented by the Ukrainian Association of Existential Psychology and Psychotherapy and the Odessa School of Integrative Existential Psychotherapy and Counseling. In 2012, after the long-term functioning of a small orientation project on existential psychology and psychotherapy, a large educational project was launched in Odessa to train existential counselors and psychotherapists. The remote project form is currently working. Existential psychological counseling and psychotherapy is a modern approach in psychotherapy, which uses the sincere, human position of a consultant and psychotherapist.The possibilities of existential psychotherapy as a whole are great, its versatility in various approaches of existential analysis, philosophical thought and modern views, allows you to use different ways of interacting with a client. Our approach is integrative with respect to all existential therapeutic approaches. We use the experience of all schools of existential psychotherapy, working in the client’s life field. The project as a whole is designed for 4 years of study. Of these, 1 year 6 months is devoted to the training of existential psychologists - consultants with certification. This level can be called basic. One semester of study includes 120 hours of full-time work and 200 hours of students' independent work programs. The next 2, 5 years are devoted to the teaching of existential psychocorrection and psychotherapy.The program includes three main points of training: theoretical training, personal experience and supervision. The program is presented in the stationary version in Odessa and in the remote version on the Internet. Since 2018, full-time and distance learning has been launched in the project, where theoretical subjects are studied remotely with the individual support of the project teachers. Students attend only the practical blocks of the program in Odessa on a two-day basis on Saturday and Sunday. In the remote version, I have specially developed methods for working with the protocols of consultative and psychotherapeutic meetings and the life-coaching method developed by Victoria Balykina, which is used as a replacement for the existential-analytical psychotherapeutic group in the remote version of the project. Representatives of Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Israel, Kazakhstan, Qatar, and China are participating in distance learning today. For training, people with higher education or who are students of medical, psychological, pedagogical and social work departments are accepted.I used my many years of experience in organizing psychological education (the head of the training program for psychologists and consultants in Odessa at the Moscow Institute of Humanities and Economics since 1997, the creation and organization of the work of the Department of Psychology at the Christian Humanities and Economics Open University in 1997, and the work of the head teacher of the large department of Odessa State Medical University), experience in medical and psychological counseling since 1983. In the process of preparing the project, I took into account all the shortcomings of public education and other projects. I absolutely do not accept the creation of psychological sects in educational psychotherapeutic projects, the restriction of practical activity in the early stages of training, "mass" forms of training in large groups without the possibility of personal participation of everyone. I used my experience for more than 20 years in group psychotherapy as a group psychotherapist. I also don’t see much sense in the large amount of individual therapy of project students, since in modern times the development of the personality of a specialist determines its effectiveness in psychotherapeutic interaction and personal development in various forms. The ability to quickly translate their problems into tasks and the ability to quickly solve them is the key to the possibility of successful consultative and psychotherapeutic practice. There are many forms of professional development of a psychologist - consultant and psychotherapist, associated primarily with his practical work. What is our feature- In our work, a sincere, open position of a consultant and a psychotherapist regarding a client is important. - The psychodynamics of the process of interaction between the consultant and the client, the therapist and the client are important for us in our work. - The psychologist –consultant and psychotherapist with the client create their own psychotherapeutic world, in which they build the study and ways of interacting with the outside world, - We attach great importance to the vector of the future in the life of the client. - In counseling and psychotherapy of families, we emphasize the importance of a mature family for the development of the personalities of their participants. A mature family is regarded as an existential resource for the personal growth of its members. What are the benefits of our project for training existential counselors and psychotherapists The training program meets the requirements of the European Association of Psychotherapists. At present, the European Federation of Existential Psychotherapy is under construction, in the framework of which the issue of international certification of our project is being considered. The training project is being implemented under the auspices of the Ukrainian Association of Existential Psychology and Psychotherapy. The program is taught by top-class specialists with extensive practical experience. The program emphasizes the stage of training of existential psychologists - consultants (Basic level) 1.5 years, which is separately certified.The beginning of training at the second level - existential psychocorrection and psychotherapy (2.5 years) may be with a break in training. Classes are held in small groups in the modern European tradition of discussion and dialogue of democratic teachers and students. The program uses the author’s developments of Ph.D. project manager Leonid Valentinovich Maksimenko: 1. Methods of teaching counseling and psychotherapy in a 3-stage model of meeting minutes, which helps to form a professional thinking apparatus as the main tool for the work of a psychologist and psychotherapist; 2. Training in the development of psychological counseling and psychotherapy skills; 3. Existentially-analytical group psychotherapy; 4. Training in personal experience. In November 2019, the VI annual scientific and practical conference with international participation will be held.The project has a stationary group for training in Odessa, full-time, distance and distance learning according to individual programs via the Internet.
