THEA-tr-ANTHROPOS The Alternative School for Human / Actor presents a series of labs (see full list below in description) Phase II / Spring 2019 Workshop # 2: SOLO SKETCHES AND SHOWING Odessa, April 31 - May 7 Host> Stamatis Efstathiou Those who have already taken part in the activities of the alternative school will have the opportunity to work individually with Stamatis Efstathiou on the text and singing they choose together. At the end, the result of the work will be presented to the guests. STAMATIS EFSTATHIOU - the artistic director of the alternative school "Theа-tr-Anthropos" - traveled around Europe, studying with European theater masters in Poland (Jerzy Grotowski Institute, Theater "Gardzenice", etc.), France (Theater du Soleil), Germany and Serbia. In parallel, in 2004, he founded the Atropos theater laboratory, and since then has participated as a director, performer and screenwriter in various theater projects around the world: in Greece, India, Poland, Iran, Germany, Armenia, Bulgaria, Denmark, South Korea, Mexico, Spain, European and Asian parts of Russia, Belarus, Great Britain, Ukraine and Georgia.He is interested in theatrical anthropology, Butoh dance, the approach of Sergei Kovalevich (Theater Zero), spiritual traditions of the peoples of the world, studies of voice and vocals - those landscapes that he continues to study with the help of the Theater of Interconnection - a vision of the Theater, created by him and which he tries to develop in the framework of various long-term projects connecting theater education and creativity - local communities - theater expeditions on the edge of western civilization (ENERGIA, CARNAVANI, KOSMOS, TETRAPTYCHO, etc.). Who will benefit from this laboratory? - For those who are interested, those who have already studied / worked in an alternative school (in I or II phase).
