Do you always say what you think and, more importantly, feel?              If you can’t draw a single line between I feel, I think, I say, and you create some “other parts” of yourself for the outside world, a lot of energy is spent on this: creating a new image, constantly monitoring its preservation, and keeping the real self locked up .              What is integrity and what is it expressed to you? What helps to return to a state of balance? In what situations is it easy for you to act in accordance with your thoughts, feelings and words? And in which it is difficult?              At this master class, you will take steps towards yourself - to greater honesty, contact with yourself, gaining integrity.       This will help you work with clay, paper, dyes and threads. Your skills are not so important.
