Slow-Art Days from Mindspot at the Odessa art

Every first Sunday of the month at 11:00 we invite you to experience a whole new experience of visiting the Museum together with the center of the practice of mindfulness Mindspot. Along with the instructor the contemplation of paintings becomes a real practice of mindfulness. Practices will last 1.5 hours and will consist of: ✔ this is the theoretical part about the practice of mindfulness; ✔ app settings on the practice of contemplation; ✔ this is the direct contemplation; ✔ this further group discussion with the instructor. After practicing with an instructor you will be able to continue self-contemplation in the Museum as much time as you want   Where: Odessa art Museum, vul.
