Internal conflict and Gestalt therapy. Introductory seminar. Internal conflicts often haunt us. And basically is ambivalence, ambivalence of desire. For each "want" we have the opposite of "want": Want to make more money - want peace. Want a slim figure - I want to enjoy life right now etc. Also there are conflicts "want/need", "want /not", etc. To rely on and how to resolve these conflicts, pulling a lot of energy, and sometimes, not leading to the satisfaction of any of the poles? Than can help with the Gestalt approach in psychotherapy - my colleague, Alexei Tikholaz will talk at our seminar - meeting.
