Author's course on wine and spirits by Evgeny Gomenyuk

The author’s course is designed for both beginners in the alcohol topic, and for avid wine lovers! It contains 12 very rich lecture-tastings and master classes on everything related to alcohol.       During the course, the teachers (and there are 7!) In an accessible form will tell you about the history of winemaking and distillation, teach you how to taste and describe drinks, and also tell about the classification of wines and spirits around the world! In practice, we will analyze about 70 samples of wine and 60 samples of strong alcohol! So that knowledge does not “disappear”, each student will be given a teaching aid!              The course is recommended for passing by the Sommelier Association of Ukraine, which is confirmed by the ACS seal and the personal signature of the ACS President Ivan Bachurin!
