Shock in obstetrics

CNR "Center for health and communication" of the Odessa regional Council" invites you to participate in developed an exclusive technique specially for physicians, obstetrician-gynecologists, two-day training: "a state of Shock in obstetrics", which will be held in the framework of the "School of midwifery skills." Svetlana Galich – D. med.N., Professor of obstetrics and gynecology, chief obstetrician-gynecologist, OOO Into-Sana 4. Budnik Alexander– doctor of med.N., Professor, anesthesiologist, Chairman of the Odessa branch of the NGO "Association of Anesthesiologists of Ukraine". In the theoretical part of the training the participants receive full information on the following items: • The concept of simulation education in medicine; • A structured approach for clinical shock: the old – new problem; • Key provisions of the clinical guidelines of the society of obstetricians and gynecologists of Canada 2018 № 115 – Hemorrhagic shock; • Current recommendations of the European Council resuscita, 2015 and 2017 for the diagnosis and emergency care for anaphylaxis; • Modern recommendations SMFM 2019 to the management of sepsis in pregnancy and the postpartum period; • Provision of intensive therapy of cardiogenic shock; • Thrombotic microangiopathy in obstetrics and HELLP syndrome: diagnosis and treatment; In the practical part of the training, the participants will work on: Five simulation scenarios when working with the dummy and "standardized patient" with the subsequent debriefing. - Real cases in order to avoid unnecessary complaints in critical conditions in obstetrics; - Practical skills of communication in critical States in obstetrics. According to the results of the training, each participant: • receive and illustrative teaching materials and a certificate that gives the points (25) to account for them in the certification assignment (confirmation) qualification category according to the order of Ministry of health of Ukraine from 22.02.2019, No. 446. The format of the meeting involves active work in groups – together with the coaches step by step the participants will pass the decision situations of shock in obstetrics. The training will be held on 19-20 October 2019 at the address: Odessa, street, Lustdorf, 1 "Center for health and communications" (conference hall).
