Journalists and social networks: a reprimand for swearing?

Professional standards forbid the journalist to comment on the news. But all in social networks do it all the time! Global media corporations such as "bi-Bi-si", is introduced for journalists special instructions, according to which not the fact that the review, even like a journalist under the post policy may lead to reprimand. In Ukraine, journalists have been actively speak out about events happening in the country. It is believed that Euromaidan began after the post of journalist Mustafa Nayem. Today with social media posts journalists promote their projects, misleading the readers about how the characters of their texts responded to the publication and as further events develop. So can journalists adhere to standards of neutrality and objectivity in a situation of developing civil society – such as in Ukraine? This will tell a practitioner and theorist of journalism.
