AUTHOR WORKSHOP-DESIGNER       IRINA MALTSEVA "PERSONAL HAPPINESS"              On the eve of the cold weather, it's time to do not external, but internal affairs. I invite people over 30 years old to a seminar in Odessa, and we will be engaged in your personal happiness for two days. In a group of smart and funny people. Odessa is not a random city for this workshop, which has been ripening for several years. There is a place for change, it’s wonderful and there’s no stopping it.              Workshop "Personal happiness" - a designer and a self-instruction workshop. I would like to remove any mystical plaque from the topic of happiness, because happiness is not fatum. Not fate, not luck, not circumstances. This is the territory of our growing up and free choice, where we can do a lot for ourselves. I checked, I am not only a researcher and psychologist, but also a practitioner in this topic, and I have an internal right to talk about happiness as is.              What do we do:              First, we will figure out what your happiness consists of. Personally. Then - what details are not enough to assemble an individual design of personal happiness. Then we will find out what internal decisions you have regarding how happy you personally can be. And - perhaps - we will change some of the solutions; this quite happens during the seminar.              I have a lot of theory on the topic of happiness, but I want as much understanding as possible to be born in us in an applied form. Therefore, there will be discussions, not lectures. Themes for two days in Odessa will be:              Theory:- Biochemistry of happiness: a balance between euphoria and apathy, or how a happy adult feels.       - The philosophy of happiness, as it is understood by old masters, poets, scientists and practicing psychologists.              The discussion is becoming a practice:       1. What was considered happiness in your family, and what of it you are trying hard to sell. And to whom. And how do you do it yourself.       2. What to do if the details of your designer contradict each other. Well, for example, if you want to make a career and devote yourself to the whole family. We will understand multidirectional desires.       3. Suitable age for personal happiness. A completely serious discussion about what happens to a person and his happiness from childhood to old age.       4. Personal happiness and other people: children, partners, friends and colleagues. How and why to use them for this. Side effects of your happiness: how relationships with your inner circle are changing, why they are changing so and what to do about it.       5. Necessary and sufficient. We will draw up your personal map of happiness.               The cost of participation is 4000 hryvnias. The number of group members is limited.
