Joyce.              Teaching experience 12 years.       She began to practice yoga in 2003, and as a teacher she has been working since 2007.              In 2008-2009, she passed a training for teachers in the Moscow Ashtanga Yoga Center and received a basic diploma.              Since 2007, she has been intensively practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (AVY), regularly attending the Institute of Ashtanga Yoga Studies of K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore (India). She studied with Ajan Kumar. She participated in seminars by Lino Miele, Mark Derby and Joan Pelletier, David Garriguez, Luke Jordan, David Robson.       She studied at intensive training courses and seminars of Dr. Madavan (breathing practices and asanas in the tradition of Sivananda Yoga), Andrey Lappa (universal yoga), Bal Mukund Singh (tradition of Dhirendra Brahmachari).       She graduated from the course for teachers of Ashtang Vinyasa Yoga at David Swenson (USA). In 2016, she studied at a special course for Ashtanga Yoga teachers in Mysore under the guidance of Sharat Joyce. In the summer of 2018, she assisted Paramaguru Sharat Joysu in a class at the main chalet in Mysore.“Practice has changed my whole life. Now I am doing what brings me real pleasure and joy.
