Olga Efremova "Organ music"

Olga Efremova is a graduate of international competitions, a graduate of the Odessa Conservatory (now the Odessa National Academy of Music named after A. V. Nezhdanova) in two specialties: piano (class of professor E. D. Kovalenko) and organ (class of associate professor V. L. Rubakhi). She graduated from the graduate school of the St. Petersburg State Conservatory named after N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov in organ class with Honored Artist of Russia Nina Oksentyan. From 1995 to 1996, she trained at the Kuopio Conservatory under the direction of Professor Mikko Korhonen, where she studied ancient music (organ, harpsichord, clavichord). She improved her performing skills in Stuttgart with the famous organist of our time - Professor, Dr. Ludger Lohmann.              He is an active participant in master classes led by prominent musicians: Jan Laukvik, David Titterington, Michael Radulescu, Lionel Rogg.              Has toured in many European countries: Finland, England, Poland, Germany, Italy. He is a graduate of two International Organ Organ Competitions in Italy: the competition in Udine (1998), and the F. Schubert competition in Cremolino (2001).              He regularly performs recitals in the Ulm Cathedral, in Frauenkirche in Dresden, in the Procatedra in Warsaw at the annual Bach Festival.He is actively involved in the promotion of organ art in Odessa. Since 1999, she founded the cycle of subscription concerts “Organ in the world of music”. In its performance, the inhabitants of Odessa for the first time heard the third part of “Clavier Exercises” and 45 chorales from the “Little Organ Book” by I. S. Bach, 6 sonatas by F. Mendelssohn, 6 fugues on the “BACH” by R. Schumann, “The Book of Job” and “ Faust ”by P. Eben,“ Nativity of the Lord ”by O. Messian, compositions by J. Roebke, Z. Karg-Elert and other composers.              Olga Efremova made several stock recordings on radio and television, as well as on CDs. She combines her performing activities with teaching - she leads the organ and piano class at the Odessa National Music Academy named after A. V. Nezhdanova. Her graduates successfully continue their studies in Ukraine and abroad.
