November 10 — last day of the celebration of the 120th anniversary of the Odessa art, and all day long we will be waiting for you at the Museum! Welcome to the long awaited joint tour for children and adults, a series of new tours, they are specially for the celebration was developed by our research staff! And a favorite for many night at the Museum  The plan  12:00-17:30 day part 17:30-18:30 — break in the Museum 18:30-22:30 — evening part  PART OF THE DAY  12:00 PM — a joint tour for parents and children from Julia Bogachova! You will learn about the history of the old manor, which has 120 years is our Museum. You will learn to whom it belonged, for which important developments were built. We will introduce you to the masters, you learn about their joys and sorrows. Together we will walk through the halls of the Palace, let us look to the winter garden with amazing flowers, imagine how the owners with the guests went out to him, and from there went to the sea. Talk about a mysterious grotto with its legends. Go up to the second floor where there were private quarters of the owners. Find out why the family left the estate and as there was opened the municipal Museum of fine arts.  13:00 start the cycle of the city's "Large and small gathering in the collection of the Odessa art". Celebrating the 120th anniversary of the Museum, we remember Rusov Beckerman, Brajkovich, Ashkenazi, Dragova, Petrocoke, Thick, Palmenberg/Buler — owners of large and small collections of paintings, United in their passion for collecting and a desire to "bring all possible assistance to native art" (A. Rus). We will talk about the formation of private collections and the fate of their owners, on the Museum policy of the Bolsheviks and the role of the "Museum professionals" in the storage of art objects.
