The passage of Mercury on the disk of the Sun

November 11 will be a rare astronomical event - the passage of Mercury across the solar disk.       The next time a similar event will occur on November 12, 2032 !!!              On Monday, November 11, everyone is invited to the astronomical observatory and planetarium of ONU named after I.I. Mechnikov, in the park named after T.G.Shevchenko, to look at this rare astronomical event!              In a programme:       - Lectures in the Space lecture hall       - View the passage of Mercury across the disk of the Sun into the telescopes of the observatory, including the old Cook telescope       - Videos on the planetarium dome       - Walk in the starry sky (in clear weather) with telescopes and the dome of the Planetarium              Everyone is welcome!       Beginning at 14:00
