Relaxation If you need peace and quiet, escape from urban bustle, to relax and reboot, then this activity is for you. Moreover, in our class you will be able not only to relax but also to learn the basic techniques and methods of deep relaxation and conservation of energy, which you can use then in any place and at any time. Relaxation classes are conducted by certified instructors Mindspot: Anna Volkomer, Alena Stupina, Ekaterina Ilchenko, Elena Gordienko, Vitali Morozov, Anastasia Martynenko.
