When?       Once you tried, but the questions seemed complicated?       Have not tried, but want?       This event will be interesting for you!              Amateur League (City League - Start League) is a tournament with simple questions aimed at beginners and amateurs. Distance - 36 questions (3 rounds of 12 with breaks, there will be time for a snack, a smoke break and an exchange of impressions).              What "What? Where? When?" different from Quiz-a? These are not just questions and answers, training of attention, memory, mind, intelligence and imagination. Each of 36 questions is also an interesting story about the world, which its author wants to share with you. Out of thousands of interesting facts, experienced editors (including Vladimir Ostrovsky, two-time owner of a crystal owl (IAC prize in the nomination "Best Question of the Year") selected what is worthy of your attention).              We play not only for ourselves, but also for Odessa; the same package of questions is played in other cities and clubs. The sum of the 6 best results of teams that are not included in the TOP-500 of the IAC rating will go to the city’s credit (if you don’t know what this means, then definitely don’t enter). Separately, there will be a standings for newcomers, it will go to the results of the 3 best teams in the city, in which at least 3 players had a zero rating at the time of their first game in the League. At the end of the season, the best cities will be awarded.Strong and experienced players can play this tournament as a “36 out of 36?” Challenge, strengthen teams playing in the offset of the League of cities or show the checkbook to friends and acquaintances who all looked closely, but did not dare to try.              In a team - no more than 6 people.
