The basics of ECG diagnosis in clinical practice primary care

In Ukraine the number of patients with CVD is growing steadily, and according to MOH 6 out of 10 deaths are due to cardiovascular disease. Among the methods of examination of patients with CVD in primary care using the method of electrocardiography. Therefore, with the aim of improving knowledge and skills of doctors on this issue, and also acquaintance with the latest achievements in this field, we have developed this learning cycle. A major theme that will be discussed at the training was the analysis of the ECG and its peculiarities in cardiovascular diseases. Besides theoretical training, the trainees will have the opportunity to carry out research under the guidance of the speaker and to undergo ECG tests. The class will consider such issues: 1. The basics of ECG. Why we see it (teeth, intervals, segments)❓ 2. ECG normal (options rules); 3.ECG in violation of the structure (hypertrophy); 4. ECG in disorders of excitability and conduction; 5. Ischemia, damage on ECG. What is the clinical value❓ 6. Electrolyte imbalance and EKG changes; 7.
