PRAVOKATOR legal club / criminal procedure code of Ukraine: through the prism of European standards

13 December 2019 in PRAVOKATOR legal club of Odessa for lawyers who are involved in the provision of free secondary legal aid, will be held one-day training on the specifics of the application of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine taking into account European standards. Issues of the training: - cooperation with the centre for providing free secondary legal aid; - initial actions upon entry into the case; - the actions of the defender during detention of the client; - actions contesting decisions, actions or inaction of the investigator, the Prosecutor or the investigating judge during pre-trial investigation; - the actions of the defender in the court of first instance; - participation of the lawyer in individual types of productions; practice of the European court of human rights.
