Open yoga lesson with pet / In support of Home Me Fest

Love yoga, and even more - animals? Then this is an activity for you.              ❗ You can come with your pet, or you can do it yourself - this is an event for everyone.              An open yoga lesson is taught by Sasha Bobrova, a yoga teacher at the Maharaj club - smart body club.              The proceeds will go to the organization of the festival-exhibition of animals from shelters Home Me Fest # 5 | The first wet-nosed tree!               Here is what the trainer herself says:       "Hi. I am Sasha and I teach yoga. I first spread my rug five years ago and since then my life has been inextricably linked with yoga. Today I teach and continue to study daily with my teachers in the walls of my native Maharaj club.              In the lesson, we will master the cat cycle, dog pose variations in yoga, and other useful yoga asanas. At the end of the lesson we will breathe and relax. The lesson is ideal for both beginners and those who already practice yoga.              I am very happy and proud of the presence of such bright good projects as Home me fest.
