Teachers and teacher, let's be honest: who of you wrote the parents a call later in the evening, or who has not restrained himself from screaming in lesson 7? You constantly work with people and often emotionally get tired of them.  That is why we continue to develop the format Blinovskoe group — "Happy teacher".  Malinowska group is prevention of the emotional burnout syndrome. One group of 15 teachers and one psychologist or psychotherapist.  Our group is Stanislav Drohaiev. Behind his shoulders successful experience in the format malinovskih groups with municipal social workers, HR-s, IT companies and volunteers to educational projects.
