"Recovery and relaxation"       The basic lesson, in which we will perform exercises for fast and high-quality relaxation of the mind and body, activate the immune system, heal the kidneys and the genitourinary system.              2. "Anger and resentment"       Work with anger, irritability and resentment; exercises to strengthen and improve the liver, gall bladder and eyes.              3. "I appreciate myself - I appreciate others"       Identification of their hidden strengths, resources and talents; exercise to help build self-confidence. Correction of attitude towards oneself and others from the position of “VALUES”, and not “EVALUATION”              4. "Let go of the past"       With the help of the simple ART-Qigong technique, YOU WILL LOSE past HURDS, ATTACHMENTS, LOSSES; increase your energy level and come to a state of internal balance. In addition, you will learn about your Generic Guardian (totem) and its protective functions.              5.
