We will consider what Okayness is and how to understand that “all people have a resource to change themselves and their destiny”?              What is a contract?       The concept of responsibility is the foundation for any type of interpersonal interaction and the fundamental principle of Transactional Analysis. You will learn what a contract is and why TA is a “contract method”? What are the advantages and strength of a contract to protect each person?       -----------------------------       Eric Burn       Learn about the creator of Transactional Analysis, a unique personality - Eric Berne - an outstanding, creative person who believed that you can help a person “in one meeting”.              Basic TA concepts       We will examine in detail why the analysis is "transactional" and what is a "transaction"? You will also get acquainted with the basic concepts of ego states (Parent - Adult - Child), find out what games people play and get acquainted with S. Karpman's dramatic triangle (Chaser - Rescuer - Victim).              Life scriptConsider a life scenario that unconsciously prescribes how to live and what to do. How is the script formed? What does a life scenario consist of? How to change the life scenario and move towards autonomy?              Examples and exercises       Clinical examples will be examined and how Transactional Analysis can be used to work with different people. There will also be practical exercises for you to learn theoretical concepts from your own experience.              Certificate       At the end of the course you will receive an official EATA / UATA certificate, which is necessary to continue training and certification in all areas of TA application: psychotherapy, counseling, training, organizations.
