Mr. Skatkov is a project of Yuri Zhvanetsky, Odessa bassist virtuoso, who started back in the late 80's in the cult group "the Thrash Machine". The Project Of Mr. Skatkov Zhvanetskiy created in the mid-90s, and since then, the style groups have radically changed. Using this composition were as many jazz and rock musicians of the city. Now, the diversity of the group can be described as something between jazz-rock and progressive konstruktsiooni.
