Every Saturday at 14:00       Excursion of the director of the Moscow Institute of International Relations Semyon Kantor to the exhibition Vladimir Strelnikov The stone that the builders rejected.              One of the founders and an active participant in the non-conformist movement in Odessa, Vladimir Strelnikov has been living and working in Munich, Germany since 1979.
