Intensive training 'Hidden body'

For actors and people who are interested in your body and its capabilities. For those who want to discover ourselves and our potential. Why go to training? We, our body and brain, live in a world of their habits and everyday problems. Our body carries a hidden and hidden under the weight of acquired experience reserves, which we don't use, which also hurts our creativity and productivity. The training is aimed at the release of the living active body, to discover new ways of existing on stage and on the development of bodily eloquence. We offer you to get acquainted with a new.  What do we do? The training consists of 2 parts and lasts 4 hours. The first part is preparation, includes warming up, stretching, work with balance and coordination. After a short break, the second part, we will work with your stage presence, expressiveness and bodily improvisation. Who leads?
