Keys music: an introduction to critical listening

“The keys to music: an introduction to critical listening" is a compact take on the classic, contemporary classical and experimental music to a wide circle of interested listeners. The project will take the form of four meetings in a clear, accessible and engaging way will reveal fundamental principles of audience psychology and organization of music on historical and modern examples. The course will re-build the idea of music as practice, the medium and culture, will give the simplest tools of structural analysis and how to extract meaning and derive pleasure from listening to music at concerts and in recordings.
