Odessa December 20-22, 2019       (© C.V.Pototsky)              This is the 1st Mystery of the “Four Quarters” of the new cycle.       And it is dedicated to the Winter Solstice.        Winter Solstice 2019 - December 22 at 06:19 (Kiev time)              Starting from this winter Mystery, we conduct the Four main seasonal rites celebrated by shamans, pagans and representatives of other religions and spiritual traditions of Mankind.              These Four Quarters, namely the winter and summer solstices, the spring and autumn equinoxes, are turning points of the Wheel of the Year.              The main theme of the first of the "quarter" of the mystery is "The Birth of the Sun." We will go on a shamanistic journey to the "lower world" for healing, "the beginning of beginnings" and activation of "growth". If you are lucky, you can meet your totem animal and become an ally with it!              Core practices are Holotropic Breathing and Shamanic breathing. We will also participate in other shamanistic and pagan rituals, in accordance with the Spirits of the 4 elements. And perhaps the "night vigil." Which ones are the Secret ...               The number of participants is not more than 10 people. Only "oldies" are allowed! Mystery exit!              Venue in Odessa - Altestovo in the Chalet (where the autumn Mystery took place!).              A transfer will be arranged from the railway station. Departure at 11.00              Beginning of the Mystery: December 20, 2019 at 12.00       End of the Mystery: December 22, 2019 at 18.30A transfer to the railway station will be organized. Departure at 19.00                     It MANDATORY to have with you: comfortable clothes (for example, a tracksuit), replaceable shoes, a sleeping bag or plaid, warm socks, a towel, a blindfold, food and drink, a notebook and a pen.              Offerings to Spirits - nuts, dried sweets - dried apricots, raisins, etc., also 100g. honey or jam. - Do not come to the Spirits empty-handed!
