This dinner we devote to chocolate        Our chef Aleksey Zelentsov, together with the pastry chef, Tort'n'tart Confectionery Studio Olga Rashchupkina, prepared a set of 6 dishes that will allow you to enjoy different tastes of chocolate - from light cream, tartness and bitterness to rich sweetness in dessert.              Chocolate in sauces, for meat, in ravioli - such an amount of your favorite ingredient will not leave indifferent even the most demanding guest. In each dish you will feel different shades of cocoa. And for dessert there will be 5 textures of chocolate with unexpected spices and a scoop of ice cream from dates and Ceylon cinnamon.              Evening menu:        Scallop carpaccio with white chocolate and arugula. Serve with black caviar        Chocolate ravioli with shiitake mushrooms in cheese sauce.
