French Cinema Evenings 2020 / Notre Dame

Meet the long-awaited Festival “Evenings of French Cinema”, which will be held in 9 major cities of Ukraine for the 15th time. The traditional selection of the best tapes of the year from France presents this year five paintings featuring such stars as Vincent Cassel, Chiara Mastroianni, Adele Enel and Vincent Lacoste.              The program of the festival in Odessa       Cinema City Cinema       February 6 - "Special"       February 7 and 8 - “One magical night”       February 9 - “Baby Zombie”       February 10 and 11 - Notre Dame.       February 12 - “Portrait of a Girl on Fire”       Films are shown in the original language with Ukrainian subtitles.              The festival will be opened by the film “Specials” - a touching drama from the authors of the hit comedy “1 + 1” with Vincent Cassel in the title role. The plot is based on the real story of two friends who, for 20 years, have been creating a miracle for special people that everyone else has abandoned.              The program “Evenings of French Cinema” also included the hit of the Cannes Film Festival - the historical melodrama “Portrait of a Girl on Fire” with Adele Enel. The film was awarded the Cannes Film Festival and the European Academy of Film Prizes for the best screenplay, and claimed the Golden Globe Award for the best film in a foreign language.Also meet Christoph Honore’s romantic comedy “One Magic Night” with Chiara Mastroianni and Vincent Lacoste and the Notre Dame comedy. A special event will be the screening of the new work of the French director Bertrand Bonello (Saint-Laurent), the fantasy film “Baby Zombie”, which takes the mystical events of Haiti of the 60s to modern France and refers to the diverse classics of the horror genre. For the first time the tape was shown as part of the Cannes Film Festival.              "Evenings of French cinema" will be held in Odessa from February 6 to 12 at the cinema "Cinema City".       By tradition, the Embassy of France in Ukraine, the French Institute in Ukraine, the UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, France 24 and the Arthouse Traffic company present a collection of new and better French films.       The partners of the program in Odessa are the Alliance of Franceses of Odessa, First Radio FM-1, the online magazine "Culturemeter".              Cette année la 15 édition du Festival "Les Soirées du Cinéma Français" aura lieu dans 9 villes d'Ukraine. La séléction traditionnelle des meilleurs films du cinéma français comprends 5 oeuvres avec Vincent Cassel, Chiarra Mastroianni, Adèle Haenel et Vincent Lacoste.              Les projections du festival à Odessa auront lieu de 6 à 12 février dans le cinéma "Cinéma Citi":       6 février - “Hors normes”;       7 et 8 février - “Chambre 212”;       9 février - “Zombi Child”;       10 et 11 février - “Notre Dame”;       12 février - “Portrait de la jeune fille en feu”.       Les films deront projetés en français avec les sous-titres ukrainiens.La séléction de meilleurs films français sera présentée par l'Ambassade de France en Ukraine, l'Institut Français en Ukraine, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, France 24 et “Arthouse Traffic”.       Les partenaires locaux - Alliance Française d'Odessa, radio Premier FM-1, "Culture meter".
