Court Appeal: Do We Need a New Park?

Already this Wednesday March 4 at 9.30 we will find out the answers to the questions:       Do Odessa and Odessa residents need a new Park in Arcadia?       Are they ready to fight for the health of their children?       Are the judges of the Court of Appeal under the chairmanship of Judge Marat Koval ready to take the side of the Law and Odessa citizens, as Judge Ivanov did, or is telephone law and their own well-being more important for them than the fate of our City?       Will the court decision be a precedent for all other infinite developers or residents of Odessa, protecting their city from plunder by the city authorities and the construction mafia?       Or will Odessa residents in their hometown be completely helpless?       The answers to these questions depend not only on the College of Judges, but also on each of us!
