Target audience: - For those in the profession must regularly negotiate with business partners, customers, subordinates; For those who not only in work but in everyday life wants to be a winner in negotiations, debates, disputes and conflict situations; The purpose of the event: 1. To determine your "resource negotiator" and a development zone; 2. To learn and adapt basic negotiation techniques; 3. To develop skills of persuasion and influence; 4. To learn to counter the techniques of manipulation. 5. To improve personal effectiveness in negotiations; 6. To form the individual style of the successful negotiator: scenarios, techniques, and technology. The course includes 9 sessions of 3 hours.
