Final author's excursion

Instead of finishing, in the conditions of post-quarantine on May 30 at 15:00 the Museum of Modern Art of Odessa conducts the final author's excursion by artists Sergei Anufriev and Igor Gusev (MIR group) on the project “Recent History of Ukraine”.              "Recent History of Ukraine" - a project created specifically for the Museum of Modern Art of Odessa. This time, artists turn to the history of Ukraine, translating into the language of art events full of drama and tragedy. Easily and artistically mix the aesthetics of news flows and the world of children's fantasies.              The exposition is built as an eccentric showroom, decorated in the style of Roshen confectionery stores. According to the authors, at some point in our history, bright shop windows turned into a kind of metaphor for reality, which has a mysterious, fairy-tale nature and filled with double standards.              Curator - Tatyana-Margarita Xu.              Artists Sergey Anufriev and Igor Gusev have been collaborating since the beginning of the 90s, Aqualia can be considered the first joint project.
