Orange wine and flounder
Exciting dinner on Tuesday, 9 June, on the terrace of the winery. In the morning we'll bring the freshest 5-or 6-pound flounder. @Sergey Polyanichko prepare, @Liliya Rudenko put on cooling a selection of orange wines from grapes Kari and natural sparkling Brut ORGO from grapes Mtsvane. Towards evening on the terrace we shift tables and set up the glasses, flowers, candles, and at exactly 19:00 we open the bubbly and raise a glass for the meeting after a long break! 壟 Out flounder would be on the table some of our signature appetizers, but the highlight is of course the Queen of the Black sea turbot, Kalkan.
