 Online course: Emergency ultrasound in the practice of an anesthesiologist-resuscitator. Speaker Denis N. Surkov is an expert in respiratory support for critically ill patients. The use of ultrasound in emergency conditions and in intensive care of adults, children and newborns is beginning to be included in the recommendations of all the leading professional world communities, as part of the existing protocols. Non-invasiveness, unlimited repeatability, speed of obtaining critical information make ultrasound a part of the mandatory initial examination of patients in emergency departments and bedside monitoring in the departments of anesthesiology and intensive care. At the same time, it is important to understand that modern ultrasound protocols do not require compulsory basic training from an intensive care professional at the level of a sonologist. In the course, we will consider the POCUS protocol - Point Of Care UltraSound. The basic protocol for emergency ultrasound diagnostics, adopted worldwide. Its use is:  A clear sequence of actions;  Clear anatomical landmarks;  Beautiful visualization;  The time for assessing the state and making a decision is a few minutes;  Twofold diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness.  Course schedule: July 7, 16:00 - 20:00 Emergency ultrasound in the practice of an anesthesiologist-resuscitator.
