Color tour / Julia Zharkova Green

Every Sunday at 16:00 we invite you on a color tour from our research staff! This time we offer you to learn how to read a painting because of the colors without focusing on the story or the author's biography will try to understand how and why an artist works with a specific color. For example, the attitude of Kiriak Kostandi until lilac all know thanks to his painting "lilacs". However, few notice that he uses the formula "green-purple" or "green-purple". Even the shadows in his paintings he conveys not with ochre, and with the help of lilac.
