Children's Day in Green ☝️⠀ ⠀ We invite all visitors to Children's Day to a class of real Children's Yoga from the Yogahot Center. A class led by certified teacher Maria Mironova. ⠀ ⠀ Kids Yoga is specially designed so that children are more involved in physical activity and to teach them to be more aware of their own body, as well as develop their focus and relaxation. ⠀ Children benefit greatly from yoga. Physically, this increases their flexibility, strength, coordination and awareness of the body. In addition, their concentration and a sense of calm and relaxation are improved.
